The Process

The process begins with a complimentary one-hour meeting to discuss the client’s needs and motivations, followed by a customized, well-thought-out plan that addresses the client’s short-term and long-term goals.

Syndee works with clients on self-discovery focused on personal values, passions, purpose in life, interests, strengths, skills, and priorities. In addition, she provides direction on job search strategies, creates career documents, uncovers a client’s personal brand, and provides coaching on interviewing and negotiation skills.
